This is a highly ethical service which fully complies with the UK Government (ICSTIS) regulations concerning telephone services and all calls are recorded for your personal protection. Unless you have booked a Credit Card, reading, you will be charged  £1.50 per minute, which will be added to your telephone bill. The maximum length of a reading is 20 minutes -at which point the call will be automatically disconnected. This gives a maximum cost of £30 per reading -which may seem a lot, until you consider that a personal home visit from the same psychic would cost at least £50, and a reading at a psychic fayre will cost  £25 and is unlikely to last any longer. Plus the fact that you have to travel to the venue and at a Psychic Fayre there is an an entrance fee of between £5-£10. (Our American friends can double that tp give the price in dollars)! For your £1.50 per minute you will be connected to a highly experienced specialist reader. Also if you become dissatisfied with a telephone reading, all you have to do is hang up the phone and you'll only be charged for the time you've used.

However, if you want to get the best value for money, then here are a few tips

1) Have a clear idea of why you are ringing us! It sometimes helps to jot down a few questions before picking up the phone.

2) Have a pencil and paper handy in case your reader may needs to give you a specialist telephone number or a contact address

3) Also, this may sound obvious but you might prefer to turn the television (or radio) off before ringing us! It is surprising how often a client forgets this, and then has to waste precious calling minutes in order to get rid of unwanted background noise. Also, don’t forget to turn off the mobile ’phone. You can practically guarantee that it will ring at the wrong moment! And, of course if you are using your mobile phone, please make sure that you have enough credit available!

4) Our service means that you can choose the reader who you feel is most suited to you. So it does help to have already decided whether you would prefer to talk to a medium, a card reader or an astrologer -although of course these all overlap, and many of our readers are experts in more than one field.

5) Your reader will ask you for your name and date of birth. This is actually an ICSTIS requirement, but it is of course also the basic information needed for any astrological work. It is not essential to know your time of birth, but if you can find it out before phoning us, then this will be very useful if you decide to connect to an astrologer.

6) Don't expect your reader to be instantly "all knowing and all seeing" We have to make a psychic "link" with you, and the more you "block" the reading by trying to test us, the longer it takes, and the more wary the psychic will become of giving important information.

7) A good session will be a two way conversation between you and your psychic. The more the both of you relax, the more the reading will flow.  Don't be over-critical if a comment doesn't immediately make sense to you. You would be surprised at how often a psychic withholds accurate, and often vital, information just because they think that they might have got it "wrong". And equally how often a client will deny something -only to realise later that the reader had been perfectly accurate over an incident that had at the time completely slipped the memory.
